Phase 2 is the rough plan to brainstorm and ensure the plan aligns with your business objectives.
Phase 3  is about going over what is the least amount of effort for the greatest result as a place to start.
In the end, you’ll understand the gaps in your system. You’ll have a prioritized list with an understanding of the effort of each.
